Best way to make it better is to get strong core/ab/low back muscles to help support your back and some lower extremity stretches to take the pressure off your low back. It is not a fun thing to have, but you can definitely overcome it! Hang in there! I assume your dr. referred you for PT...

Crazy! It sounds like it shouldn't cause you any major problems as long as you give it some time to heal. Does that mean no more Zumba for a while??
